Bryce Tryon takes home the win at the second stop of the Monster Energy BMX Triple Challenge in Glendale, Arizona! This is Bryce’s first win on the Triple Challenge tour. After the event we caught up with Bryce and asked about his win. He said, “I started all the way from the bottom and worked my way to the top. The first year or two, I would keep getting closer to the bubble to make it into semis, then making it into semis and not really knowing what to do. Each year progressing more and getting more comfortable with doing big jumps.”
Bryce would bring only his best to Glendale and come out of qualified second overall heading into the final round. Teammate, Daniel Sandoval would have to pull out of the finals after his first run due to a flat tire. That left the door open for Bryce to flawless run that comprised of a double backflip, followed by a barspin-to-no-handed backflip, and capped off with a 720 tailwhip.
Hats off to Bryce on his big win! We look forward to the next stop of the Triple Challenge in Nashville Tennessee April 29, 2023!
