Texas Toast just went down for the third year. Texas Toast is a relaxed contest that takes place in Austin Texas located in a lumber yard right out of down town. For most riders its the most anticipated event of the year. With events getting more and more serious every year, its great to meet up in Austin to cap the summer. Texas Toast gets riders from all over the World making it more of a social event to ride with your friends then any thing. This year Ride BMX hosted the NORA Cup awards during Texas Toast making the event that much more entertaining. TJ Ellis had a big weekend finishing 7th in the dirt contest and being nominated in the top 5 for NORA Cup dirt rider of the year.
Heres a few photos of the event from the Ride BMX web site. Head over to www.transworld.net for results and more coverage from Texas Toast.

British Columbia Canada might just be the most beautiful place on Earth.. Not to mention its full of amazing skateparks, BMX trails and endless activities. All this made for a perfect opportunity to do a Free Agent trip and take advantage of all BC has to offer.. Heres a few images of the team bouncing around BC. Ride BMX went along to cover the trip for the magazine. Cant wait to go back..

TJ Ellis landed him self on the podium at Dreamline. Dreamline is a Redbull hosted event that invited the Worlds best dirt riders to compete on giant jumps. Dreamline is held in Angle Fire New Mexico on a local ski resort. Its a simple concept, hire the best dirt jump builders, invite the best dirt jumpers and let the riders be the judges. Dreamline was a hit and the most talked about dirt event of 2013. Congrats again TJ.
