All of the new 2023 models be available starting in November-December 2022! Contact your Free Agent dealer for the latest information. 2021-2022 models may still be available at your Free Agent dealer, but time is running out, and soon all the 2021 and 2022 models will be gone.

Q: What is Free Agent’s warranty policy?
A:
Free Agent bicycles are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Chromoly frames are guaranteed for 10 years. Aluminum frames are guaranteed for 5 years. Forks and all parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
The Free Agent warranty does not cover frames, forks, or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, improper adjustment, neglect etc.
If you have a warranty question, take your bicycle and sales receipt to your authorized Free Agent bicycle dealer for evaluation.
