Free Agent bicycles are only sold through authorized Free Agent dealers. Many dealers however, do advertise on the web.
Q: What is Free Agent’s warranty policy?
A:Free Agent bicycles are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Chromoly frames are guaranteed for 25 years. Aluminum frames are guaranteed for 5 years. Forks and all parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
The Free Agent warranty does not cover frames, forks, or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, improper adjustment, neglect etc.
If you have a warranty question, take your bicycle and sales receipt to your authorized Free Agent bicycle dealer for evaluation.
